The church treasurer prepares a monthly income/expense statement, balance sheet and cash management report, which are shared with Church Council and with the Ministry of Financial Resources at their meeting, generally on the 2nd Thursday evening of each month.
Because of interest expressed during our Growing Together discussions, we will post the Income/Expense Statements (PDF document) every quarter if possible. Subsequently the request was updated to monthly. Please mention to the treasurer, or email bouldermennonite@gmail.com, if you find this useful!

Automated offerings
If interested in setting up automatic monthly offerings directly to BMC, contact your bank about setting up automatic payments in the form of checks sent to BMC. This is the easiest way to avoid the 2% service charge levied by PayPal.
